      Thanks! And yes, of course!

      You’ll need one pound of elbow macaroni, cooked per package instructions. 3 cups of good quality sharp cheddar cheese, grated yourself. Half a stick of butter, one clove of minced garlic, 2 tbsp flour, one cup of milk, one cup of chicken or veggie stock, and salt and pepper.
      Pre heat your oven to 350. Spray a 9×13 dish with cooking spray, or butter it.
      Melt the butter in a medium saucepan, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes, whisking. Slowly add the milk and stock and cook until almost boiling at medium heat. Once you see it start to boil turn heat to low and add the cheese. Add the cheese mixture to the pasta and pour in the dish, sprinkle a generous amount of panko on top and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is a nice golden brown.
